All restaurants, bar and supermarket services are guaranteed. We cannot guarantee the opening of each shop and/or attractions.

Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times

Closed office

Check-in: from 15:00 onwards.
Check-out by 10:00.

If you're planning to check out later, payment will be required the evening before departure. If you arrive outside of the opening hours, the night-watch staff will be there to check you in. If you arrive on site before the scheduled time, you can still use the village services by contacting the reception.

Online Check-in

The brand new Online Check-in service is active! It will allow you to speed up your entry into the structure and start your holiday immediately! To check in online before your arrival, follow the guided procedure at this link. You will receive a Check-in confirmation. Give it to our reception staff with an identity document!

If Online Check-in is not possible, registration will take place at the facility. So valid identity documents are required for each person. Please show your identity card at check-in, and if you're a non-EU citizen then please show your passport. Photos or copies of documents will not be accepted. Documents are required for minors too.

If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and bring the relevant documents and vaccination certificates with you.

Breakfast and half board

Add the breakfast or half-board option to your reservation in advance at the time of booking to benefit from the best rate!

Continental breakfast will be served in the Central Bar and dinner in all village restaurants.

Continental breakfast:
€ 7.90 per person per day for adults
€ 4.90 per person per day for children aged 2-11

Half- board (continental breakfast and dinner):
€ 29.90 per person per day for adults
€ 15.90 per person per day for children aged 2-11

Please note:
• The continental breakfast will be served in our bars and restaurants in accordance with Covid regulations and includes croissants, hot drinks of your choice, fruit juice, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, cereals, rusks, fresh fruit, toast with ham and cheese, cheese, and boiled eggs
• Dinner consists of a two-course meal, dessert or fruit of your choice from the menu, with the exception of certain specially marked dishes, which can still be ordered from the list price subject to a 25% discount. Children can choose from various KID'S MENU offers, including ice cream.
• Reservations MUST be made for the dinner included in the half-board package. We cannot guarantee availability of tables at the specified restaurant unless previously booked
• Please specify any food intolerances in the notes

Water park opening dates

The water park in the lower part of the village is open at the following times:

• In low season
10:00 - 18:00

• In high season
09:00 - 19:00

The lagoon in the upper part of the village will be open at the following times:

• In low season
10:00 - 18:00

• In high season
09:00 - 19:00

The swimming pools are for the exclusive use of our guests.


Entertainment activities run in the village every day from 23/04 to 25/09.

Quiet hours

The village has quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. During these times it is not possible to drive motor vehicles, set up or dismantle tents, or disturb other guests in general.

Pet friendly

Pets are permitted in all our accommodations, with a few conditions.
All pets must comply with health regulations, demonstrated with a vaccination record. The owner of the animal is entirely responsible for any incidents involving third parties.
Large animals or breeds considered risky are only allowed if agreed in advance with the management.

All animals must be kept in such a way as not to disturb or harm other guests or things in the village. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash and may not enter the swimming pool area, sports areas, playgrounds or restaurants.

If pets are brought to the accommodation, an additional €60.00 payment is required at all accommodations for end-of-stay cleaning. For the pitches, there is no extra fee to bring your pet with you.

Facilities for the disabled

For guests with physical impairments, there are accommodations with easy access and approved for accessibility. In addition, the water park in the upper part of the village and the restaurants also have easy access for wheelchair users.


Wi-fi is available from hotspots in the restaurants, near the reception, at the Infopoint and around the swimming pools

Sport facilities and play areas

Inside the village there is a sports area with five-a-side football pitches, tennis courts and table tennis. An Adventure Park with mini golf, treetop crossings and a bungee jump. The ANTS area is also available for body and mind well-being.


There are two ATMs in the village: in the Shop and in the upper part of the village behind the admin office.


There are self-service washing machines and dryers in the village bathrooms, open 24 hours a day at a cost of €5.00 per cycle.

Village mini train

The Norcenni Girasole Village provides a transport service between the upper and lower part of the site. The train runs while the upper part of the village is open, every 20 minutes.
In the low season the opening times are subject to reductions.

Medical centre

There is a private medical assistance service in the village, available at specific times or on request for a fee.

Girasole Herbal Medicine

Girasole Herbal Medicine is located in the lower part of the village.

Electric car charging station

Charging stations are available for electric cars at the intersection of Viale dei Pini and Via del Lavaggio, near Piazza del Lago.

Separated waste collection

At Norcenni Girasole Village, respect for the environment and surrounding nature is of paramount importance. Help us too by separating your rubbish during your stay. You can find the bins in the collection areas shown on the village map.


Parking is free inside the village and in the spaces provided near the mobile homes.

Accommodation cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price for Human Company guests. The accommodation must be left clean, tidy and without rubbish bags.
Extra cleaning during the stay is on request at a cost of € 25.00
If pets stay at the accommodation, an additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60.00 is required.


Barbecues are permitted only using the gas stoves attached to the accommodations that provide them. For more information, please check the details of each accommodation. It is not possible to use charcoal barbecues or barbecues attached to gas cylinders.
