Every Friday morning, set off to explore the magical Vallombrosa forest with us.
With a total altitude difference of 330 metres, this 6.6 km trek is loop route to and from the ancient abbey of Vallombrosa.
Wear trekking shoes and bring suitable clothing for wind and rain, along with a water bottle.
Walk in the shade of fir trees and majestic beech trees, along the Via del Saltino, a renowned health resort frequented by travellers in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
At the end of the excursion you will have an hour of free time to visit the renowned Abbey, where you will find the famous pharmacy selling products made directly by the monks. You can also enjoy the large meadow at Vallombrosa, an excellent location for a picnic!

Check-in
Check-in from 3 p.m. onwards. Should you arrive outside the reception opening hours, security staff will be available to do check-in. The tourist tax must to be paid locally
Check-out
Check-out by 10 a.m. In the event of check-out later, payment of the daily visitor's entrance fee is required at reception the evening before departure.

Refund of the penalty for stay in case of cancellation.
Children and beds
Children of all ages are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search. We rent baby sets (high chair, cot and tub) for € 5.00 per day.
Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Pet friendly
Pets are allowed subject to certain observations. Final cleaning at a cost of € 60.00 is obligatory for all accommodation. For pitches it's not required an extra charge.
